What are the best aspects of this product?

I have heard about this product from a friend. But to be honest, I am hesitant to give this tool a try at first because there are many out there that promise a lot of things but one usually ends frustrated. It will be used to pay money and it's quite risky. But I still gave it a try at the end after I found out most of our church members are also using it. It's definitely a good decision. The app is easy to use and makes paying tithes easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am only able to donate to religious organizations that also uses the platform. I just hope more churches will implement this solution so we can easily give donations even if we don't visit them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this solution only to make donations and not for business oriented situations. But it does makes it easier to contribute to the church.
