What are the best aspects of this product?

The application is very easy to set-up and implement. It has benefited both the church and the church attendants a lot. The latter got a choice to give a donation online and our church was able to gather more contribution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever I try making contribution using the app, it directs me to a webpage. It would be great if they will update the app and make it possible to make contributions directly from it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It eliminates the hassle of having to write a check or always bringing cash with you. It provides a more convenient way to pay tithes.
