What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm really impressed with how TMetrics was designed. The commands are very easy to understand and quite exhaustive at that. For example, I can pause the tracking of a particular task by simply clicking on the play and pause button. Likewise, returning to a previous task is easy too. All I have to do is to take off from where I left the timer. Searching for tasks is easy to do as well. I've been able to extract data from my previous works and even group them according to specific parameters such as the customer it is meant for or the keywords added into it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. Everything works fine from my end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has been a particularly useful tool for me as a freelancer. Tracking my time has never been easier. Submitting reports regarding the time I spent on a task is easy to do too. My clients really appreciate the transparency.
