What are the best aspects of this product?

*The Desktop app's accuracy & how it detects if I have been away from my machine
* Quick of use, Google Chrome extension, free up to 5 users.
*Integration with so many other products

TMetric makes it easy to keep track of how much time you spend on each task. It really helps me manage my deadlines and daily tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really don't have any complaints about the software.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Maybe some more integrations

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TMetric is the easiest option for me to have the detail of the time I spent in my tasks. I work with Trello and is as easy as click a button when I start and click again when I finish. I don't even need to set the task title, TMetric does it for me. And if I forgot to stop the timer (what it happens too much), it warns me and let me fix the timer.
