What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how this program does not discriminate with whatever OS you are using. It works fine on just about any device. This is a tool that has settled in very snuggly into our work system, and I love it! The settings are pre-adjusted also, but users can easily update it according to their preferences.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only downside I have noted while using this tool is that it can be pretty strict when it comes to creating new tasks. For example, I'd have to login to the program from our website to be able to do so. But this is just one minor detail that I can overlook.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TMetrics has allowed us to accurately and systematically track the number of hours that we have spent working on a project. This means that we can easily bill our clients based on the number of hours. So far, we've really impressed them with our transparency and productivity. There are fewer down-times now that we know TMetrics is tracking us too.
