What are the best aspects of this product?

TMetric was selected to keep track of the number of hours spent on a project, it made it simple to break things up into tasks and the reporting function gave a great overview of each day and the amount of time spent on each task.
Integrated with Chrome using the plugin, it has a Windows desktop app and mobile apps for Android and iOS.
It all is synced up together well and overall is simple to use with a fair amount of flexibility and good reporting features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't know. the app is really good.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I think the mobile app could be a bit improved

TMetric helped us a lot in project management, we use detailed reports for project estimation and invoicing
