An essential tool for freelancers

What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the most important is that TMetric allows me to track each minute of my working time. As a freelancer, I like different kind of time and money reports, so I know that each minute of my work is tracked.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really don't know. I'm fully satisfied with the overall functionality.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Maybe some updates for the mobile app, though it works quite well

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our remote team uses TMetric to track the working hours and Trello for task management. These services really helped me to tune in the right way. A time tracker on a remote job is a must have thing, without it it's simply impossible to provide a report on the work done + it helps in self-organization because you can always review and analyze your productivity. Remote work is some kind of freedom, where you can adjust your schedule yourself, the main thing is to find the right tools that will help you in this.
