What are the best aspects of this product?

TMetrics has integrated quite smoothly with our tracking systems. This tandem has been enjoyable to work with. For me, the best thing about it is that it can be opened on virtually any operating system--Mac, Android, Windows, you name it! I can manually input the time and readjust it too. This is a really useful tool to use overall.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although this tool can be accessed anywhere, I've noticed that it works best when opened on the browser. Tagging of timers is one such feature that can be done on the browser that is not available elsewhere. I think that the timer can still be improved too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been able to track my work hours and organize them according to chunks. This has been helpful in submitting researches to my bosses too. Now, I can easily defend the number of hours that I've spent on a paper and they can no longer question it.
