What are the best aspects of this product?

Appears to be feature rich, but it's just a carrot they dangle in front of you.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Hands down the worst customer service there is, take your worst offshore call center, and put it behind a chat window, and reduce it to one person, now you have the support Tokeet provides. You get no help whatsoever. We couldn't even get out of the gate, nothing worked as advertised, and it was not possible to get any support to resolve the issues.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Fix the bugs, invest in proper customer support.
