What are the best aspects of this product?
Tookan helps me manage my entire delivery operations efficiently. It lets me monitor all our drivers, know what they’re doing, and if they’re completing deliveries without delays. The tool features a convenient alert system that keeps me on track about a driver’s work. It also lets me manage all orders, which helps me easily determine when the customers already receive them. Tookan is also helpful for minimizing delivery time by planning the routes that our drivers must take. And aside from monitoring all the orders and drivers, Tookan also allows me to communicate with customers. This is key to keeping them updated and satisfied with our services. Plus, I can do these regardless of my location through mobile.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The UI often freezes completely. It persists even after trying to refresh my device. As a workaround, I need to restart my device hard to continue working. Other than this issue, Tookan is an easy to use and useful tool.

It has drastically boosted the quality of my business. Tookan lets me match each order with the best driver that would take care of each product properly. This is important since we deliver products that are fragile and of high value. It helps me make sure that each item would be handed over to drivers that complete each delivery on time. Tookan allows me to monitor each order on the road. Meaning, it is easy for me to determine its exact current location, as well as its estimated time of arrival. The Tookan platform has wonderful tech support too.
