What are the best aspects of this product?

I find the dashboard and homepage interface fabulous. It features smooth user profile that shows complete information and details. This is perfect for tracking attendance and retrieving info of members.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Running and generating user info reports is a bit problematic. There are many instances when it takes a long time to setup and generate reports. I hope it has some built-in report templates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has solved our management concerns for member registration, attendance and giving activities. It helps me trace and manage member info as well as cash contributions.
