What are the best aspects of this product?

This app has a stellar user support team that has greatly helped us in big way. Quick respond, and are competent enough in solving different in-app concerns. The guys have helped us migrate data from our old platform to the TouchPoint database seamlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a solid platform, but it has some areas that are left-out. And these are areas that some churches need for info managing, as well as these parts don’t allow enough modifications. Say, we need to think out of box when doing tweaks on a profile, especially that the tool doesn’t allow us to change profile formatting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TouchPoint has helped in improving our donation and contribution system by making key processes easier. It helps in storing and managing contact details of our members more convenient as well, which is great in keeping in touch with the community.
