What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a great platform which handles all info necessary for my purpose. It wonderfully supports emailing, text messaging and mapping in one place as well. Moreover, the app works well for event registration and generating annual statements. Plus, it comes with easy to understand webinars and video tutorials.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features are difficult to configure especially that I’m not a tech savvy type of guy. More video tutorials and webinars for specific features would be helpful. Although, the tool runs seamlessly after the initial setup.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a great platform that supports many tasks for my needs. No need to hop from one software to another just to complete my work.
