PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Individual members and their families in our church are easy to integrate into the system since they find it useful. It has great features and controls that meet our church management needs too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its features require some bits of learning curve. Some are automated which is great, but others are more difficult. However, it has a great user support team that has helped us a lot.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The app looks great. Thing is, I’m not an admin of this platform in our church; thus, I’m not quite sure of what it has solved in our community.
