What are the best aspects of this product?

TouchPoint comes with a fantastic church management app, although its desktop tool is also great. It helps us search church members instantly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Marking the volunteer schedule is quite problematic. This is because the tool only features Sundays on the calendar, while we also do services during Wednesdays.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This helps with easily noticing changes of member attendance. It is perfect for determining decreasing activities of a member; thus, letting us do something before they goes completely inactive.
