What are the best aspects of this product?

It provides convenient access through mobile. It lets me easily update and manage member database anywhere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Completing a few of certain tasks is a bit complicated because of their inconvenient steps. My supervisor, my assistant and other people in the office often need help when doing tasks that they don’t usually do. A sort of lists for regular tasks on the dashboard can help a lot.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Other alternative options for managing our classes and camps won’t suit our needs today. But this app wonderfully fills all our management demands. It helps us manage registration and payment processes for music and arts conservatory without too much hassles.
