PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Perfect for managing cell groups and tracking attendance of students. It helps us easily get in touch with them individually when necessary, and help us track their completion and performance in our confirmation church program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Features for volunteers are difficult to use. It doesn’t let me put exact dates in each entries because it only allows weekly entries. This is quite problematic since we do many major activities on Wednesdays. We can’t even skip weeks when we don’t meet in the church; meaning, it makes simple tasks quite complicated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a big help for the church confirmation program because it makes tracking completion of students easier. The program is comprised of 16 sessions for two years, and the app helps us easily determine which class does a specific student has completed or missed. So, we can inform their parents accordingly. Surely a great help for our church.
