What are the best aspects of this product?

Great accessibility for church management. It makes online donation, event registration, emailing and other tasks wonderfully easy. The app has great user support too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It offers dozens of features; thus, it is a bit difficult to use and navigate. Some improvement on its user-friendly factor would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us manage people and visitors in our church with least worries. Great in helping them and their family adjust to our community. That is by using what the app offers such as convenient online donation, efficient communication, and hassle-free registration for events among other features.
