What are the best aspects of this product?
We've been using Tovuti for just a few months, but the end-user experience is absolutely gorgeous and professional in its look/feel. Our clients are so happy with the platform and have enjoyed an easy, positive experience from day one. The client landing pages are highly customizable, so we're able to tailor each client's needs down to great detail. In addition to that, their team is phenomenal. They have been insanely patient and present with us through the whole onboarding process and beyond. They truly care about their customers and we haven't regretted the transition once.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Full disclosure: we don't have a tech team, so the learning curve has been a little steep for us with learning the backend. I'm certain someone with a strong tech/coding background would have been able to navigate the build with much more ease. That said, the admin side of things doesn't always feel as intuitive as we'd like.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Just general improvements in the ease and intuitiveness of the back end for people who aren't super tech-savvy. We'd also find unique urls directly to cart items to be helpful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were using another third-party e-learning platform that didn’t allow us to interact with our clients the way Tovuti does. We were also confident in moving to Tovuti because of the volume of data and users they could accommodate. Everything we need as a company to serve our clients lives right on the platform (community feeds, live classes, etc). Tovuti is allowing us to scale in a fast and easy way.

Namastream didn't offer the features we wanted/needed for our clients and wasn't able to handle the volume of content. Tovuti was a much more robust and inclusive option.
