What are the best aspects of this product?

Customization of the software for our organizational need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I know that they are currently developing this, but the implementation took longer as we were trying to figure out all of the capabilities and what our organization wanted to utilize from the start.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They are already working on the vast majority of the recommendations that I have already made - I'm so impressed with their engineers and their responsiveness to requests! One thing I would like to see in the future is "top searches" as staff will often search for their biggest challenges rather than asking and knowing what they are searching for helps us to better understand organizational need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Centralized reporting (this was previously manual) a one-stop-shop for all of our learning resources that is searchable, learning journeys and communications all centralized within one system.
