What are the best aspects of this product?

TradeGecko has been helping us track and manage our stocks—and their system is thorough and easily understandable. On top of all this, they have a really helpful support team too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For some of our B2B transactions, I would prefer for the inventory to be transparent to both parties. Other than this, all seems good on our end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our phones aren’t as busy with incoming calls asking for the availability of this and that product. This frees up time for other tasks that can boost sales more.
