What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like about this tool is that they are constantly evolving and improving their services to keep up with the demands of the market. I’m sitting back to see what else this app has to offer in the coming months.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Again, I know that this app is a continuous work in progress, but I do hope that they fix their integrations soon. I’d like to be able to work more smoothly with the other tools that my company use. As a suggestion: Please add a tracker for the users. I want to be able to see the movement of a customer in relation to the team member that handles him/her.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve been able to automize inventory managing as well as receiving and processing orders. Managing the team has been easier too.
