What are the best aspects of this product?
Before learning about TG, we were doing our inventory manually, which is tasking, and the figures are sometimes inaccurate. Our company has multiple branches, that is why we have to find an alternative on how to make things less complicated. Thankfully TG is continuously doing a fantastic job in keeping things organized. Our inventory is always updated, customer orders are processed and shipped right on time, and we have real-time visibility of our running sales. We have an existing partnership with Amazon, and TG sees to it that everything falls into place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Working with a third-party vendor has its perks and downside. One of the disadvantages that we often experience is delays, if not inaccuracies in our sales reports. I am hoping that TG can raise this issue because it also affects our inventory. These glitches can cause us hundreds of dollars in lost revenue.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
TG is so versatile because, aside from taking care of inventory, it also does a lot of wonderful things for the company. Using TG is like having an efficient office assistant who takes good care of purchase orders, sends an invoice, and helps replenish stocks. With TG, everything is centralized, so all you need to do is to use one software to check if the item is on stock or if its no longer available.
