What are the best aspects of this product?

TradeGecko integrates our accounts system and e-commerce into one easy-to-follow platform. Now, we can manage our purchasing, stocks, and sales comprehensively. Everyday operations are made efficient and even convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are things that can be improved. I hope that they would add more customization features. I noticed that when you need to add a temporary shipping address due to a customer request, you have to go to their profile and edit it. I guess they could add an alternative shipping address to the invoicing phase or just more information fields so users can get more creative and be more flexible with handling orders.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it to help us consistently price our products. Also, we use it for stock control. It is truly a hub for our operations.
