What are the best aspects of this product?

TradeGecko helped us to bring our inventory management to the next level. It is a great platform that syncs our inventory for our business. We do wholesale and we use the software a lot. It keeps track of our average moving cost for every item and it helps us be on top of everything. Information is very easy to pull up. We can find data about our suppliers, customers, and stocks in just seconds. Before TradeGecko, this was not possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting is good but we hope for them to include an item’s life cycle. Also, we deal with different currencies so it would be awesome if TradeGecko will support multiple currencies. We want to be able to process payment and even deposits within the platform itself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it for inventory management mostly. We also conduct CRM with it. It actually does a nice job of bridging the two processes which are essentially connected. Other programs seem to operate with the premise that they are separate. Also, it helped us scale our business with more confidence knowing what items we have available all the time. Easy to use and very accurate.
