PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We still haven’t fully explored the capabilities of this solution yet, but I really like what I’m seeing so far. I want to completely maximize the uses for this tool, so I’m being methodical in my approach and in getting to know TradeGecko. However, two things that I have noticed and really like about TradeGecko so far is 1) it is multi-lingual which is what I need 2) the support team does their job well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We’ve recently switched to TradeGecko and the transition isn’t as smooth as I would like it to be. There are certain apps that we use for other tasks that don’t work well with this system—needless to say, this can be quite daunting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

TradeGecko provides us the support that we need when it comes to managing our stocks. They’ve been really helpful when we run across problems too.
