The best procurement solution – highly recommend!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Tradogram is a complete procurement software solution that gives you the flexibility to configure your workflows and processes your own way. I love that I never had to train anyone on it, everyone was able to pick it up and start using it right away.

Their customer support is fantastic! We searched and demoed many (if not all) procurement softwares on the market, and Tradogram was by far the best option we looked at.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We just wish they had more features available on their supplier/sales portal. However, we were told that there's many new features coming soon, which we're very excited about!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A more robust sales portal that ties in nicely with their purchasing side of the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our entire purchasing process is streamlined in a way that we didn't imagine was possible. The fact that our purchasing system is also fully integrated with our account system saves us a bunch of time and avoids double entry.
