What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform has all the modules you could e er need and you can pick and choose what each user can access and customize with a visibility permission.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am typically a sceptic but there is no shortcomings that I can think of. I am 100% satisfied with this business spend solution. Thanks.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

My team has been asking about a mobile app which the fine folks at the online support tell me will be coming by September 2020. However, the team does have access to the software using smartphones and tablets even now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a better handle on controlling our spending by using the approvals along with the various budgets we were able to easily set up. Also, it has been a big plus for our team to readily have access to all PO information, receiving, and invoicing.
