What are the best aspects of this product?

It gives you a lot of very useful features. It is also very customizable. It allows you to track habits, create groups, and create a landing page. Their customer support is also superb. They've helped us out a lot in some tricky situations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tools can be hard to use and get used too. I also don't love chat automation. Some of my clients received messages I didn't want them to see.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now share training plans with my clients without having to send long pdfs. I also don't have to use a spreadsheet anymore to track progress.
