Product Worked Only For 2 Years

What are the best aspects of this product?

It works initially as it has stated it should. However after a 2 years it dies. There is no refund and no support. That type of rip off leaves alot to be desired.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It died after two year and no support or refund so maybe looking for somethin that does the same thing, but with better terms and shelf life.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
