Reliable customer support and great synchronization with WP and Github

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our website is hosted by WordPress and we like how Transifex can integrate with that platform, making it easier for us to upload the localized content. Though our translators are still fumbling around the live editing function of the app, other areas are proceeding smoothly. Even our developers enjoy the integration with Github because it streamlines the push of strings with just a few code lines.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

String-level segmentation is not as efficient as we want it to be. It would be nice if Transifex adds the sentence-level segmentation in the future. And I would like to offer another suggestion: Transifex can make the quality assessment flow more comprehensive because it cannot detect extra spaces well.

Our organization uses Transifex for many projects like website, knowledgebase, and more because of its seamless integrations with different systems.
