PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Transifex is a huge company. And yet, they go out of their way to personalize the service and support they offer. Whenever I had questions or problems, they always did their best to answer and to provide a solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If there is anything I do not like, it would be the complicated permission configuration. Though we have an internal team, we also would like to use an external team for translations for whom we have to provide certain access. However, we have to put them all together in one team because of this limitation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our product is now translated into more than a dozen languages because Transifex has been great in localizing our content. And through this solution, we have been able to improve our translation process and remove the mistakes that we would commit previously.
