Transifex is wonderful when you’re looking for localized content

What are the best aspects of this product?

Transifex has been my go-to translation tool for over three years now and I will continue using it because of its intuitiveness. Since the beginning, I have seen that translators are fast and efficient. This is because they get help from numerous resources and translation guides, which are easily accessible from the editor.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting and management modules need improvement to make the tasks related to them more efficient, because at the moment, they are time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Transifex reports allow us to be more efficient because we can track the word count. It also eases the localization process with its translation memory, from which we can get the translations of previously used phrases, sentences, or terms. And whenever we encounter problems, we only had to contact the support team who always do their best to provide the best possible solution.
