What are the best aspects of this product?

Very simple those who aren't as technically inclined. Interface is complete and minimalistic. It's an open source software that doesn't charge anything. It's a command line tool that has proven its usefulness in downloading translation for import in one's project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel they need to have major enhancements for the command line. At times, the e-mail notification can be a nuisance. Sadly, there's a lack of filter for it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Assisting a new customer or volunteer in translating things. Getting them to participate in software translation. By that would mean not having to set things up. Things are lot simpler this way.
