Great mobile remote control access

What are the best aspects of this product?

We mostly use the Trend Micro remote control feature for mobile devices. It lets us seamlessly install and customize an app into a device from a distance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Managing access authorization or permission is somehow tricky. It has some flaws that should be cleared out for it to work correctly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I’ve mentioned, we use the remote control functionality of Trend Micro. It also lets us implement security parameters to a front-end device seamlessly.
