Our whole company is satisfied with Tresorit because of its impressive features and performance. It is indeed convenient and is fully functional. Its servers are also located in Europe. Thus it abides by the data security laws of Europe. It is also worth mentioning that Tresorit doesn't consume any computing power when syncing files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The undelete feature needs some enhancement. It is not intuitive enough for our use.
