This is the best and most suitable file storage solution for our business. It has stellar security that doesn't cause any problem to our operations. The end-to-end encryption, additional passkey and tracking systems are all putting our mind at peace. Great for internal teamwork and for sharing files with people outside our company too. And what sets Tresorit aside from its competitors is its pledge not to sneak and view the users' files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tresorit doesn't have round a clock helpdesk. This is a problem when we encounter an issue during their off-hours.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Best solution for storing and sharing files without any security worries. It has an access permission setting, too, in which we can make the contents of a file visible only when a person is authorized to open it.
