What are the best aspects of this product?
Here are the important elements that I like:
1. Using the CSS of the community site, it can be changed to match the look and feel of your main site. In fact, it can be used to merge with the navigation structure (header and footer) of the primary site.
2. Pluggable widgets that allow you to pick a component of the community and embed in your product. For example, you can add discussions under a category listing of your site.
3. Extensive app store that has many valuable apps (SEO app and virtual currency apps are my favourites).
4. Integrations with many popular apps (social log-in, Hubspot, Markets, etc.).
5. Finally, the design -- it is modern, beautiful, and intuitive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Perhaps the membership directory could be improved so that members can search each other.

They could work on adding a job board as well.
