PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

TriNet has a very intuitive design and lots of excellent reporting features and built-in forms. We love their support team's responsiveness and competence. They are easily reachable and very patient when assisting us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We think they should work on their onboarding process for it to be a more seamless experience for their clients. Moreover, a few members of their support team need to work on providing better service. We had some issues contacting and getting the information that we need from one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our client success partner is really helpful in dealing with the FFCRA process. TriNet also provided us with guidelines and employee policy samples.
