What are the best aspects of this product?

I have noticed a lot of positive changes since I started using Trint for my work. I am required to spend more time in front of the PC transcribing videos, which takes more than 20 gruesome hours each week. Meanwhile, I found out that Trint can finish transcribing a single video file in less than an hour with almost a hundred percent accuracy rate. Minimal edits are being done to most of my work, so generally, I'm happy with the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing but all praises for Trint because of its ability to get the job done in a matter of minutes. No other transcription does things better than Trint. However, it would be more impressive if they can develop extra features that would make the product stand out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I realized that manually transcribing recordings and videos are a thing of the past. With Trint, I can get any transcription job done within the working day. I can now focus my time and energy on doing things that require my immediate attention, like reports and meetings. Trint also allows me to edit or make real-time changes, which is so convenient on my end.
