Time-saver tool and easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

We’re doing interviews, and Trint helped us transcribe audios fast, saving us an ample of time. I like that the platform is always updated to a new version and the help desk is prompt in answering our concerns. Over the transcription process, you can have peace of mind that all your confidential information is secure and safe since no human is involved in the work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have a little issue–not a big deal! I have a rough time when I used the editor with Google Chrome’s plug-ins. But when I disabled those features, everything works flawlessly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Trint, I can save a lot of time. Now I can just do as many interviews as I like and work on my research. Trint will do the rest of the transcribing job for me.
