What are the best aspects of this product?

No matter where remote workers are stationed, communication will be simple because of Troop Messenger's lack of latency issues. In contrast to other solutions, onboarding new staff is easy and doesn't involve a lengthy procedure. One of its many benefits is the security protocols it uses, which has led several domains to use it as its official communication platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None in particular; in fact, I prefer Troop Messenger's for its functionalities.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Troop Messenger has got every feature that is required for office communication, so I am just expecting a few more unique features.

Regardless of the number of employees in the organization, group calls have become simple, intuitive, and filled with features that make communication simple.

Why did you decide to change it?

The main issue we have is that messaging is used for communication so frequently. Troop Messenger allowed us to stop utilising the monotonous and start using it for audio and video chats, which means the team no longer needs to use other channels for communication. Staying there will cut down on time spent switching between apps.
