PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We found it the best in many ways! It is simple-to-use, easy to onboard users, available across cross-platforms, and affordable for all business sizes. The best part of Troop Messenger is that it saves time for our teams with its unique work productivity features such as Forkout messaging, Message-to-self, editing messages, forwarding or copying multiple messages, and chat area filters to narrow down search for images, videos, text files, and others. We chose its pay-as-you-go model, SaaS, for our company size.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, we have never faced a situation like this with this product. We found other collaboration tools are messy and complex. This product is really helping us out.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

In its future versions, we are looking for a task management feature integrated with chat messaging, wherein it would help us view the task status.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product is bringing all of us onto the same platform, but, of course, we can even limit the users' reach to the users of other locations with the request authorization feature. It helps us to upload all our files from our PC to its integrated file system, letting us access them from anywhere, anytime, on any device. I have almost stopped using my mailbox for checking work emails. All our work conversations happen through Troop Messenger only.
