PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspects are many! Starting from the simple-to-use interface to the wide range of deployment models, this tool has everything in it for teams to communicate and collaborate with each other. I personally like File Deck, which helps to locate all files in one place; chat area filters for filtering the itemised data from the chat area; wallpapers for changing moods etc.,

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven’t found such scenarios so far, as most of the team communication is being successfully carried out by this team collaboration platform. But I am looking for some in-built task management features.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Like I mentioned in my above answer, I am looking out for task management feature to be integrated within Troop Messenger. It is giving more than what a workplace collaboration platform offers. Therefore, we are happy with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I must say that we have almost stopped having meeting in person, instead we are meeting via Troop Messenger A-V group conferencing, which is saving our productive work hours. Moreover, I have noticed most of our co-workers are relying on rather than email for checking their work updates and requirements. And the team communication has been streamlined with Troop Messenger.
