What are the best aspects of this product?

Troop Messenger as a collaboration tool is great in general and is very user-friendly. We're also able to add guests easily. We can also send photos, videos and emojis that make our chats fun. We can also call using audio or video, so it's great value for money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if we're able to integrate more third-party systems that we also use, so we can be more efficient instead of using so many applications at once.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Team communication. We work in different locations and offices, and Troop Messenger helped us facilitate smoother communication among team members to ensure we are all on the same page in getting accomplishing our tasks.
