What are the best aspects of this product?

Troop Messenger's chat area allows us to tag the messages we receive. We can also forward multiple messages to other users or groups at the same time. We're also able to filter other kinds of messages that might be flagged, including photos, videos and files that we can preview in the chatbox.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if the seven-day complimentary trial needs to become 14 days so we can explore all the features of Troop Messenger.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to keep the communication going while working remotely through the Covid-19 lockdown. We're in different locations and not everyone has fast internet, and yet Troop messenger is able to maintain our connection.
