What are the best aspects of this product?

Coforge are using True Project within our customer engagements as an early warning system to potential risks in programs. Having worked extremely closely with the support team from True Project we've been able to systematically embed this into our ways of working, enhancing our delivery experience for our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product comes with some excellent default questionnaires. Take your time to look at these and see what changes you would make on a project by project basis.
