Delivery rate and the campaign performance reporting.

I am not facing any issue now.

I am expecting even better segmentation of the subscribers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reaching my website visitors through email marketing was difficult and has very low response rate (open and click rate). This tool helped us to increase this delivery rate and click rate. We ignored in the beginning, but after seeing the performance in dashboard, we took it seriously and working on it now to leverage this tool.
