What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like best about TSD Rental is that it is easy to learn. My staff has not had any problem learning this tool, which came as a relief to me because I initially thought that I would have to allocate time and resources to train them. We use this program to manage bookings as well as store information on the cars that we rent out. So far, this has been a well-founded investment and I’m glad we introduced this into our workflow.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In spite of its many advanced features, TSD’s environment remains to be stuck in circa 1990s. This, of course, can be overlooked because of how useful this program has been to me.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We operate in different areas across the country, and TSD has allowed me to oversee ALL of my businesses from one central location. We’ve become more organized since introducing this tool into our workflow--allowing us to log in and out vehicles that are included in our rentals. We’ve also been able to generate some insightful reports that have allowed us to understand the consumers that often come to us for business.
