What are the best aspects of this product?
It’s based in Canada so that gives me a bit of security knowing I can go after it should something sinister happens. Overall, TunnelBear is one of the more serious providers where they keep their promises. They say it’s easy to use and true, I got it up and running in seconds. I needed to contact them for my free 1GB and I got a reply on the same day. The terms are clear, too, no hidden fees or ads. A pretty reliable VPN for me.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I couldn’t get hold of their technical support on time when I needed it.
